1. On June 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the office E-office operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S., the Defendant: (b) received a request from the victim to seek compensation from a person who succeeds to the lease contract for the FMW 528i car owned by the Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., which was operated by the victim while paying rent of KRW 1,698,200 per month; (c) around that time, the Defendant kept the said car at the used car sales store in the name of “H”, “H” operated by the Defendant in Ulsan-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu.

While the Defendant kept a car as above, at the above used vehicle sales store around September 2012, the Defendant embezzled the car by selling it to J, a used vehicle seller in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, to a used vehicle sales store.

2. Around September 2012, the Defendant altered official document: (a) at a used car sales store in the name of “H” operated by the Defendant located in Ulsan-gu G; (b) in order to conceal and sell the fact that the embezzled passenger car as described in the above paragraph (1) is a leased car, the Defendant: (c) drafted and printed the “Slsan Metropolitan City Northern Building C, 301, L, M”, and 301, the “S” using a computer located therein; and (d) copied the said printed contents into a knife in the name of the head of the vehicle registration office of Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, which is owned by Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., Ltd., in the name of the owner, name column, resident registration number column, owner’s address column, and owner address column, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, altered one registration certificate in the name of the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Vehicle Registration in the name of the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Business.

3. The Defendant’s display of modified official document is from the sales store of “H” used cars in the name of “H” operated by the Defendant located in Ulsan-gu G around September 2012, to the consignment of a motor vehicle in the name of the Defendant.
