On September 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months for fraud in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 26, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 22, 2014, is under confinement in the Daejeon Prison.

1. Fraud against the victim C;

A. A. Around December 13, 2011, the Defendant, at the E-factory shop located in Sinjin-si, Sugjin-si, Sujin-si on December 12, 201, falsely stated that “The Defendant would be an employee who would be free from employment with money.” Around December 13, 2011, the Defendant would provide the Victim C with employment with a face value of KRW 2 million.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to find employment with the victim in the above company.

Around December 13, 2011, the Defendant received KRW 2 million from the victim as the job placement fee in the above E-factory workplace.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. On February 22, 2012, the Defendant stated that “On February 22, 2012, the Defendant invested KRW 15 million to the said victim at the E-factory shop as indicated in the preceding paragraph of the Warman, “I have a friendly relationship with the president of the G, which would soon be listed, and would soon be listed.”

However, the Defendant did not have any relation with the G company, and even if he received the money from the victim, he thought that he would use it for his debt repayment and living expenses, so that he did not have any intent or ability to make profits for the victim by investing in G company.

Around February 22, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 15 million from a victim’s account transfer from a new bank account (I) with H’s name.

2. Fraud to the victim J;

A. A. Around April 30, 2012, the Defendant stated that “Around April 20, 2012, the Defendant would find employment in front of the E factory as set forth in paragraph (1)” to the victim J by stating that “I will take place in the front of the E factory. B, 5 million won per week.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to find employment with the victim in the above company.

The Defendant, from the victim on April 30, 2012, is Songjin-si, Songjin-si.
