1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 31,80,000 for the Plaintiff, and KRW 5% per annum from October 18, 2016 to May 24, 2017; and (b) May 25, 2017.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form for the indication of the claim;
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
