Punishment of the crime
On May 13, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license on May 16:30, 2014, driven a 49cc diatoba in the distance of approximately 200 meters from the front of 52 Hanjin apartment-ro 4, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, 106 to the front of 206 apartment.
