1. The defendant shall pay 97,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from June 20, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On January 26, 2018, the Plaintiff made a loan of KRW 97,00,000 to the Defendant on a three-monthly basis as interest rate. The Plaintiff’s claim for the principal and interest on a loan sought by the Plaintiff within the maximum interest rate prescribed by the Interest Limitation Act.
