1. The Defendants are the Plaintiff (Appointed) and the appointed parties with respect to each parcel of land and shares in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On December 25, 2014, E, an external assistant of the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointor (hereinafter “the Plaintiffs”), died on February 24, 2005 after equally donated the land and land shares entered in the order to the Plaintiffs on December 25, 2014. The Defendants who inherited the deceased’s property (the deceased’s children, the deceased’s wife, the deceased’s mother before the deceased’s death, Defendant C, and D are the mother of the Plaintiffs, and Defendant C, and D are the external assistant of the Plaintiffs) are obligated to perform the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer as to the attached real estate.
