The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around April 16, 2020, the Defendant, at around 09:30 on April 16, 2020, assaulted the victim’s her hand at one time, on the street from the victim D (Nam, 22 years of age) who was a pending dispute over the “C convenience store” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
