1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,60,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 17, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Upon the Defendant’s request that the Plaintiff pay the principal and profit within three months upon making investments in money, the Plaintiff paid KRW 6,600,000 to the Defendant on February 1, 2016, KRW 11,000,000 on March 2, 2016, and KRW 11,000,000 on February 24, 2016. Upon the Defendant’s request, B paid KRW 6,60,000 to the Defendant on February 4, 2016.
