1. On January 3, 2020, an employee of the telecommunications-based financial fraud in the name of the fraudulent aiding and abetting (the so-called “scam”) shall make a victim deposit KRW 3,00,000 to the E-bank account (F) of the victim’s name from the time of the false statement to the effect that “it is possible to make a loan if an existing loan is repaid. It is possible to make a loan if an existing loan is repaid. The repayment of the loan has been deposited with the account in the name of the principal, and if the password is sent and the password is notified, she would have the victim withdraw and repay the corresponding money if it is possible to do so.”

6. Around 14:00, at around 16:10 on the same day, he/she had a e-mail card in the name of the victim connected to the above account deposited in KRW 3,072,125, delivered the above e-mail card to the defendant so that he/she can withdraw the above e-mail card deposited in the victim's account at the front of the exit No. 102-ro 13, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, at around 16:10 on the same day.

The Defendant, when he defrauds money from a victim as above, he received a e-mail card connected to the account in the victim’s name in order to assist the crime, and around 16:22 the same day, at the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu Office, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to withdraw and deliver the money deposited into the account in the victim’s name according to the direction of the employees of the e-mailing operation, the Defendant made it easy to commit the crime by withdrawing KRW 1,00,000 from the account in the victim’s name using the above e-mail card.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire a means of access;
