구상금 청구의 소
1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as 6% per annum from April 17, 2019 to May 16, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and the rate of 12% per annum from the next day to the date of complete payment, shall be dismissed, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
