1. The payment order for the Defendant’s claim for the purchase price of goods against the Plaintiff at this court on July 24, 2017.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The case where a short-term extinctive prescription (three years, and Article 163(6) of the Civil Act, and Article 163(6) of the Civil Act, of the defendant's claim against the plaintiff, indicated in the executive title (the order for payment of goods in this court's claim for the price of goods) released from the disposition paragraph (1) of this Article, has already been expired for a long time, demanding the exclusion of the executive force of the above executive title;
