1. (1) On December 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.07 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; (b) made a sexual intercourse with the victim’s arms; (c) moved the victim into a “Gel’s sterine,” which is located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, for the purpose of restoring the victim Q Q (Y, 26 years of age, intellectual disability 3 level); and (d) put about 0.07 g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; and (d) made sexual intercourse with the victim’s arms; and (b) moved the victim in a place from around that day to a “Gel’s ster,” which is located in the same region as the next day; and (e) put the victim’s son who had already been unable to resist due to the influence of the phone into a non-dissipular phone, and made the victim’s sexual intercourse with the victim on July 1, 2007.

2. On December 8, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs for injection to the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device, and used approximately 0.07 g of philophonephones for injection to Q’s arms or her butter using a disposable injection device on December 8, 2014.
3. On December 9, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones to the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device at a dives room in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu, by means of injecting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into the Defendant’s arms.
4. On December 9, 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophonephones in the “Grotour” column in Gwangju Northern-gu, in the same manner as described in Article 2.2, and used approximately 0.07g of philophones to Q.
5. On December 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the gmophone c room located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu, approximately 0. Handphone c in the same manner as described in paragraph 2.
