On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night vessel intrusion larceny in the port branch of the Daegu District Court on September 4, 2014, and is currently pending in the appellate trial.

1. 3. On December 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around December 20, 2013, 100,000 won in return for the purchase of sexual intercourse to S (V) located in Gangseo-si, Gangseo-si; and (b) provided sexual intercourse once to engage in sexual intercourse.
