1. The defendant shall pay 300,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 15, 2009 to the day of complete payment.
1. Around 2003, the Defendant borrowed KRW 255,000,00 to the Plaintiff.
On June 29, 2006, the Defendant, which failed to pay this, agreed to pay KRW 300,000,000, including the Plaintiff and the interest on the said loan, by October 30, 2006.
On February 18, 2009, the Plaintiff received an order for payment (this Court No. 2009j1811) from the purport that “the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 and the amount at the rate of 20% per annum from April 15, 2009 to the date of full payment” (this Court No. 2009j1811). The above order was finalized on April 29, 2009.
The plaintiff claims against the defendant for the payment of the above agreed amount and damages for delay under the above payment order.
