1. The Defendant’s KRW 133,131,183 as well as its annual 6% from June 10, 2016 to June 24, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
According to the purport of the entirety of the pleadings, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with paper documents, including paper paper (350), by May 10, 2016. As of May 10, 2016, the Defendant’s price for goods to be paid to the Plaintiff is KRW 133,131,183, and the Defendant agreed to pay the price for goods on the 10th day of the following month from the date the goods are supplied to the Plaintiff.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the price for the goods of KRW 133,131,183 and the compensation for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum as stipulated in the Commercial Act from June 10, 2016 to the service date of a copy of the complaint in this case, which falls under the 10th day of May 10, 2016 and the 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
