1. The defendant shall pay 35,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 20, 2005 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Grounds for the plaintiff's claim: in the Seoul Southern District Court case No. 2005da66729, Dec. 26, 2005, the plaintiff filed against the defendant, "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 35,000,000 won and interest rate of 20% per annum from November 20, 2005 to the day of full payment," and the above decision becomes final and conclusive, the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
