The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s determination that the charged facts of this case was guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is just, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles as to the public performance in the crime of defamation or the grounds for excluding illegality as provided in Article 310 of the Criminal Act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
