Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On November 13, 2009, the Incheon District Court Decision 2009Gaso229435, supra, rendered a ruling of recommending reconciliation between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and became final and conclusive around that time.
B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription against the claims established by the said decision of recommending reconciliation.
2. Applicable legal provisions: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
