도로교통법위반(음주운전)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On October 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the purpose of violating the Road Traffic Act, and two years for the same court on December 11, 2013. On July 28, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of 120,000 won for a fine by the same court on July 28, 2008.
On October 7, 2019, at around 02:03, the Defendant driven CK5 cars under the influence of alcohol with approximately 800 meters alcohol concentration of 0.179% from the 800-meter section from the Hadong-gun (Seoul) to the front roads of the same military.
Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
