Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, together with the Defendant’s husband C, is a person who actually owns the same 246 square meters in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, E, 184.5 square meters, and the same 396.7 square meters in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

No one shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

Nevertheless, the Defendant conspireds with C,

1. From June 27, 2008 to December 16, 2014, with respect to the shares of 14.434/246 of the said D large 246 square meters, each ownership of the said newly constructed building under the name of the title trustee G was registered from October 28, 2008 to April 8, 201, and each ownership of 501 of the said newly constructed building under the name of the title trustee G.

2. From November 25, 2009 to December 16, 2014, with respect to the portion of 55.35/184.5 square meters in E, E, 184.5 square meters, from May 4, 2010 to October 26, 2010, each ownership of 401 square meters in the name of G was registered from May 4, 2010 to May 30, 201.

3. With respect to the share of 79.34/7/396.7 square meters from July 5, 201 to December 16, 2014, with respect to the share of 2/10 among the buildings newly constructed on the same site, from December 21, 201 to December 16, 2014; subparagraph 201 shall be from April 9, 2012; subparagraph 202 shall be from April 3, 2012 to April 3, 201; subparagraph 303 shall be from September 4, 2013; subparagraph 301 shall be from March 30, 201 to October 23, 2012; and subparagraph 302 shall be from March 21, 2012 to October 21, 2014; subparagraph 301 shall be from March 21, 2014; subparagraph 31, 2014;

1. An investigation report (report appended to a certified copy of the register);

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to entire registered matters;

1. Article 7 (1) 1 and Article 3 (1) of the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name, for facts constituting an offense and for the selection of punishment.
