On March 20, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.124% during blood transfusion at around 01:39, driven a motor vehicle from the front side of the mountain village in the Jinhae-si, Kimhae-si, to the lower road of the cooling distance located in the chill road in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.
