However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 02:40 on May 12, 2013, driven a knife vehicle B in the section of about 10 km from the front of the “Tail” station located in the calendar Tridong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the end of 702-1, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendant driven a knife vehicle at approximately 10km from the front of the “Tail” station located in the calendar of Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

2. On May 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of 02:40% of alcohol in blood; (b) while driving the said coke-ro under the influence of alcohol on May 12, 2013, the Defendant got off the fourth line of the said road in front of the hotel in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul with the fourth line of the said road one lane from the Gukju-ro, Seonam apartment-ro, Gidong-ro, Gidong-ro, Seoul; (c) while driving the driver at the same time with the first line of the said road, the Defendant was under the duty of care to safely look at the front and left, thereby preventing the accident; (d) while driving the driver at the same time, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol so as to wait for the signal at the front bank; (e) while driving the said 6-day taxi at the same time, the Defendant did not take necessary measures, such as the victim’s injury in front of the victim; and (e) at the same time, 3-day, the victim’s 6-day of the said taxi.
