건물철거 및 토지인도
1. The Defendant removed the building indicated in the attached Table 236m2 on the ground of 236m2 to the Plaintiff, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and the said land.
1. The Defendant indicating the claim shall complete the registration of ownership transfer with No. 8955 on August 16, 2001, as to the building indicated in the separate sheet on the ground of the instant land without a title to possess the land of 236 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) which is owned by the Plaintiff, as to the building indicated in the separate sheet on the ground of the instant land. The Defendant occupies the instant land.
Therefore, the Defendant, as the owner of the instant land, has the duty to remove the building indicated in the attached list and deliver the instant land to the Plaintiff.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment made by deemed as private capital);
