1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 7, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 6, 2015, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 30,000,000 to the Plaintiff, and prepared and delivered a certificate of borrowing the same content.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and damages for delay.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
