A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On June 26, 2016, at around 07:00, the Defendant driven a 1 km B freight vehicle from the front side of the bathing index compromise to the front side of the Gyeongnam Shipping at the same time without a driver's license.
