However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. No person shall engage in emotional abuse against a child, including his/her guardian who has violated the law of the place of his/her own child, which harms the mental health and development of the child;

Defendant E (the age of 2 at that time) who was a pro-child victim E (the age of 2 at that time) who was in dispute with Defendant’s home, who had drinking alcohol at the time of pushed-si, c, 7 dong 330, 2009 and was in dispute with Defendant’s wife D.

The victim was placed in a laundry machine in the beeas, and the victim continued to neglect the victim's sound while putting the laundry in the laundry machine.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by blood);

A. On February 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim (at the time six years of age) who intending to sleep at the Defendant’s house, as indicated in paragraph (1) of the 2012; and (b) took the victim’s drinking section on his/her own in his/her own seat, she laid the victim’s drinking section into his/her clothes.

B. On February 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim who intending to sleep at the Defendant’s home, as described in paragraph (1) of the 2012; (b) took the victim’s hand in the lower part; and (c) took the victim’s hand in the lower part; and (d) took the part of the victim’s drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim who was related by blood twice.
