1. The Plaintiff:
A. The defendant limited liability company B shall pay 373,094,528 won and the interest thereon from June 21, 2020 to the date of complete payment.

B. The main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal is amended, and the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum shall be applied from June 1, 2019. Thus, the part claiming damages for delay seeking payment in excess of the statutory interest rate is dismissed as it is without merit.
