A. The deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”) had shown symptoms, such as shock disorder, from around July 2014 to around July 5, 2017. After being diagnosed by the mental department of I Hospital on July 5, 2017 by the Plaintiffs, who are their family members, the Plaintiffs were hospitalized in the J Hospital located in the Si of Busan on July 6, 2017, and was treated after being diagnosed by both emulative disorder, detailed brain damage, cerebral disorder, cerebral disorder, and physical disorder, and depression. Accordingly, according to the Plaintiffs’ judgment, the Plaintiffs hospitalized in the K Mental Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) affiliated with the Defendant on July 25, 2017.

B. From the time of hospitalization at J Hospital, the Deceased demanded discharge several times, and showed an excessive appearance. In light of the above, the behavioral disorder caused by the symptoms of mental disorder, etc., the Defendant Hospital strongly demanded discharge on several occasions, and aggressive and violent appearance was shown in the Defendant Hospital, and during that process, the Defendant Hospital was tried to inflict an injury on the worker. In accordance with the judgment of the Defendant Hospital, the Defendant Hospital was subject to quarantine measures at the protective cell for 20 minutes and more on August 1, 2019.

C. During that process, the Deceased attempted to escape by connecting the crime prevention windows in the Defendant Hospital Mhoe Hospital, which was hospitalized on August 7, 2017, with the rate of 17:00, and with the rate of 7.5 meters higher (hereinafter “instant accident”), and suffered an accident falling at approximately 7.5 meters higher than the sick room (hereinafter “instant accident”), and was transferred to Nhoe on the same day.

9. Around 16:00, symptoms of cardiopulmonary suspension have occurred and died. D.

According to the results of the autopsy test conducted by the National Institute of Scientific Investigation on the Deceased, the Deceased is presumed to have died of the diversity damage, such as dives, alleys, and bridges caused by the instant accident.
