1. The defendant shall pay 180,000,000 won to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On April 17, 2015, the Plaintiff leased, from the Defendant, the C Apartment 1006, 1003, 1003 (hereinafter “instant building”) from the Defendant for a deposit of KRW 180 million and the period from April 17, 2015 to April 16, 2017.
B. On March 30, 2017, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the refusal to renew the lease.
C. Since the lease has expired on April 16, 2017, the Defendant should return the deposit amount of KRW 180 million to the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment made without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
