A. The Plaintiffs and the Defendants are the persons registered as co-owners of each unit of the 8th floor of the 4th underground and the 10th floor of the J Building (hereinafter “instant building”) located in the 1764m2 (hereinafter “instant land”) of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I and the 1764m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. Since the ownership status on the registry of the 8th floor of the instant building was sold to each sectionally partitioned building as referred to in subparagraphs 8 and 827 of 197, the Plaintiffs and the Defendants are currently registered as the owners of each heading room in the registry of the instant building as shown in the following table, following the procedures for the transfer of ownership and the merger of each unit room.

C. From around 1997, the structure alteration process and current status of the 8th floor of the instant building was around the 1997, the use on the form ledger of a Pdcot, the unit of which is divided by each head of each unit, such as “building at the time of sale,” was “nive community facilities (general restaurants).”

In order to promote the purpose of use for medical facilities (a hospital) around December 16, 2010, the indoor structure of the following drawings as "the current status of structural change" has been used for the purpose of the convalescent hospital.
