1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 21, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
