1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The Plaintiff asserted that the Defendant lent a total of KRW 20,379,000 to June 9, 2016 on several occasions from January 28, 2015 to June 9, 2016. However, each of the descriptions in subparagraphs A through 4 alone is insufficient to recognize the above lending, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
