The defendant shall pay 30,360,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 20, 2021 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On April 3, 2020, the Plaintiff seeking a judgment of the same purport as the Plaintiff concluded a subcontract with the Defendant on April 3, 2020 on April 3, 202, with respect to the construction cost of the electricity works in the process of transferring the superior plant PIP office and the installation works of Mono-Bacing (including additional tax) and the construction period from April 3, 2020 to May 30, 2020, and completed the construction works under the above contract.
