(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

(b)payment of 50,160,000 won;

(c) on April 2016.

On December 1, 2011, the Plaintiff leased the building listed in the attached list to the Defendant with the lease deposit of KRW 40,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 6,270,000 (including the payment for 30 days, value added tax) and the lease period of KRW 15 months.

Although the Defendant occupied the above building in accordance with the above agreement, it was not paid as the rent from September 2015 to February 1, 2016, because it paid the rent of KRW 6,270,000 in violation of the agreement.

The plaintiff terminated the above lease contract by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the above building to the Plaintiff, and pay the rent of KRW 50,160,000 in arrears from October 1, 2015 to May 2016, and pay the amount equivalent to the rent of KRW 6,270,00 per month from June 1, 2016 to the completion date of the delivery.
