On December 5, 2016, the respondent's revocation of the applicant's eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process open only to small and medium enterprises and restriction on the acquisition of the eligibility to participate in competitive tendering process for six months shall be suspended until this Court's ruling becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

According to the explanatory materials submitted by the applicant, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant due to the validity of the disposition stated in the order, and there is no other data to recognize that the validity is likely to have a significant impact on the public welfare.
