1. On March 9, 2018, the Defendant conspired to receive money and valuables under the pretext of obtaining information on the game room control by requesting a police officer from E operating “B” on the first floor of Daegu Suwon-gu D with C (the charge of violating the Attorney-at-Law Act on March 9, 2018).

Around October 2016, C proposed that “B” from the above “B” to “B upon the request of a police officer known to him/her, and made a change in KRW 500,000 per each business day of Daegu City to inform him/her of the control information on illegal games in the city of Daegu.” On October 17, 2016, the Defendant received the above proposal from “B” prior to the above “B” and received KRW 500,000 from “E for the purpose of providing police control information.” From that time until December 26, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 19,000,000 in total over 38 times as shown in [Attachment Table 1] from the day of the same year, and delivered it to “B.”

Accordingly, the Defendant received money and valuables in collusion with C under the pretext of arranging the case or affairs handled by a public official.

2. Around January 2017, the crime E related to “F” moved into “F” located on the second floor, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and the Defendant conspired with “F” to receive money and valuables under the same conditions as paragraph 1, from E managing the said “F.”

According to the above public offering around January 2017, C proposed that “F” from the above “F” to “E upon request of a police officer known to him/her to inform him/her of the control information on illegal games in the Daegu City of the information, and changed to KRW 500,000 per business day.” On January 25, 2017, the Defendant received the above proposal on the roads prior to the said “F” around 22:10,000 won under the pretext of providing police control information from “E.”
