1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 135 million per annum from April 2, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On March 29, 2011, the Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, paid KRW 135 million to the Plaintiff as a member (member number B) of the Defendant’s “Manuri New Club” operated by the Defendant. A claim for refund of the membership fee on the ground that five years have elapsed on March 29, 2016.
