The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds of appeal is too unreasonable.
2. In full view of all the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of the instant judgment and the fact that the Defendant committed the instant crime during the period of the suspension of the execution thereof, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.
3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
