The Defendant entered the DPC room of the victim C’s operation in Sistitu City, and confirmed the fact that the victim provided game ID to customers and exchanged the game money acquired through the game, and told the victim to report the above fact, thereby receiving money from the victim who frightened.

At around 18:40 on October 19, 2019, the Defendant issued 50,000 won in cash to the victim and charged 50,000 won in the game money. After accessing E, the Defendant demanded exchange of 83,000 won in cash to the victim by accessing E, and received 85,000 won in cash from the victim, and “I am back. I will am dyp., dyp., 60,000 won. I will am dyp., I will am dyp., and we will see 1,00,000 won.”

The Defendant, as seen above, attempted to attack the victim and receive goods from the victim frightened, but the victim did not respond to the request and filed a report with 112 on the victim’s attempted crime.
