Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was dead between around 2017 and December 2019 and the victim B (n, 21 years of age).
1. On July 20, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.: (a) the victim using the Kakakao Stockholm text message to the victim who would not contact the victim at an unspecified place on July 17:30, 2019; and (b) the victim’s Kakao Stockholm text message

B’s name, date of birth, and cell phone number were entered, and then the core replacement sales information was entered, and as such, the file of an application for change of the conviction was sent through the Internet as if it was duly formed to an employee in the name of D who is unaware of such writing.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged an application file for change of the conviction, which is an electronic record of another person's right and duty, and exercised it with a view to hindering the management of affairs.
3. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.;
A. On July 20, 2019, the Defendant visited the Victim’s Sone Star Program at an insular location, and received and sent the Victim’s name with the Defendant. “I lveying pubic Docro”, “I Dock Dock Hack Dock”, “Ysu Dock”, “Witu Dock”, “Yit Dock Dock Dock”, “Yit Dock Dock Dock Dock Dock Dock Dock.”
