Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

1. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a CAD car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

On February 7, 2014, at around 02:02, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.175%, and led to the flow of the two-lane road in front of 395-13, Western-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul, to the upper end of the upper end of the road at the upper end of the street.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D, the victim F, and the victim H, respectively, due to the foregoing occupational negligence, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and time set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant driven a car with the above Adididy while under the influence of alcohol 0.175% in a section of approximately 200 meters from the road near the Yandong, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the road in front of the same 395-13-dong, Seopo-dong.
