1. At around 16:00 on March 8, 2014, Defendant A purchased and sold KRW 3 million from B for the purchase price on his own car parked on a road near the Busan East-dong, Busan-dong, and issued approximately 3g of psychotropic drugs, Metepha (hereinafter “Handphone”).

2. On March 2, 2014, Defendant B and C expressed their intent to purchase phiphonephones at the house of Defendant C located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H apartment site 801, Defendant C bears the phiphones sales amount, and Defendant B wishes to purchase phiphones with A, who was known to the general public.

On March 8, 2014, at around 15:06, Defendant B transferred KRW 1.7 million from Defendant C’s new bank account (Account Number: I) in his name, and prepared KRW 1.3 million in addition to KRW 1.3 million in possession, and traded KRW 3 million in the same date and place as described in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell and purchase philophones.

3. Defendant B

A. A. On March 8, 2014, the Defendant, at the home of the above C around March 8, 2014, injected the volume of phiphones (an ordinaryly recognized quantity as one-time medication, presumed to be 0.03g or 0.05g; hereinafter the same shall apply) into arms using a disposable injection device.

B. Around March 9, 2014, the Defendant, around March 9, 2014, administered the philopon’s philopon in the above C’s house by the said method.

C. Around March 10, 2014, the Defendant, at the home of the above C around March 10, 2014, administered the quantity of phiphones in the said manner. D.
