Reasons

According to the records, the Defendant filed an appeal against the lower judgment on May 14, 2012. However, on January 12, 2013, the fact that the Defendant did not submit the appellate brief within 20 days after receiving the lawful receipt of the notification of the receipt of the trial record by public notice from the said court on the record, is apparent in the record, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, nor does there exist any grounds for ex officio investigation on the record. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Articles 361-4(1) and 361-3(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and is so decided as per
