However, there is no change in the sentencing conditions after the judgment of the court below was rendered, and considering all the circumstances described in the reasons for sentencing and all other conditions for sentencing as well as the records, the sentence imposed by the court below against the defendant is determined within the scope of the court’s sentencing discretion, and it cannot be deemed that it is too heavy to the extent that it cannot escape from reversal.
