1. The defendant shall receive KRW 50,000,00 from the plaintiff and at the same time obtain the payment from the plaintiff, each of the real estate listed in the attached Table to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment deemed a confession by non-appearance: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
