The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On November 18, 2017, the Defendant, at the main point of “C” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 03:15 on November 18, 2017, abused the victim’s face one time by drinking home with the victim D (33 tax) and Sivia, and by pushing the victim’s chest.
2. On December 1, 2017, which was after the prosecution of this case, a document was submitted to the court on December 1, 2017, to the effect that the Defendant and the victim did not want the punishment against the Defendant by the unanimous agreement (Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act, and Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
