The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding Defendant A guilty of violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act against E, etc. among the facts charged in this case against Defendant A, fraud against S, fraud against AG, violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act and the facts charged in this case against Defendant B, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
