A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
From February 16, 2012 to February 1, 2015, the Defendant is a person who works in D located in Busan Dong-gu C, and examined the inspection work of water sources, and imposes electronically the water rate of the accommodation in the area in charge of the examination.
1. No person in violation of the Weights Act shall alter any measuring instrument for the purpose of falsifying the value of measurement, or use any altered measuring instrument;
Nevertheless, around July 2014, in order to prevent the station equipment of the water supply measuring instruments located in the "F," located in the Busan coastal Zone E, the Defendant removed a seal affixed to the measuring instruments and the seal pipe, and then installed the water supply measuring instruments with the width connecting the measuring instruments and the seal pipe in the reverse direction, thereby altering the measuring instruments and using the altered measuring instruments.
2. Alterations, such as public electromagnetic records;
A. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed measuring instruments in a reverse direction, such as the date and time as described in the preceding paragraph; (b) ordered G to enter “F’s water supply volume into the input as soon as F’s water supply volume is not available; and (c) made the said G enter “F’s monthly guideline” in the PDA, which is a portable device, into the water supply information system; and (d) entered false usage volume into the water supply system in the Busan Metropolitan City Water Supply Headquarters, which is linked with the said PDA.
B. In the same manner as the above 2-A, around October 2, 2014, the Defendant, by having the above Da enter the “Monthly Guidelines” in the PDA, which is a portable device, as “64”, entered false quantities into the Korea Water Supply Project Headquarters in the Information System of Busan Metropolitan City, which is linked with the above PEA.
C. In the same manner as the above-mentioned 2-A, the Defendant, around November 30, 2014, made the above-mentioned Da enter the “Monthly Guidelines” in PDA as “99,” which is a portable device, and is linked to the above PE.
