1. The defendant's payment order of July 1, 2020 against the plaintiff was based on the defendant's 3095 payment order against the plaintiff of this court.

Reasons

According to the evidence and the purport of the whole pleadings submitted by the plaintiff, the obligation of the plaintiff against the defendant is judged to be exempted pursuant to the main sentence of Article 566 of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act.
