A seized knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

On January 30, 2018, the Defendant heard the victim’s d (39 years old) that he was living in a dog by using portable burners in front of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu C, and had a good appraisal against the victim.

On January 31, 2018, the defendant tried to kill the victim three times with knife knife (20cm length, 33 cm in total length) which was held for the purpose of opening and cooking a chnife in a timely manner, after hearing several talks that the victim would not do so from the damaged while living in a dog at the same place.
